    We offer a warranty period of 12-36 months, depending on the product model. Calculate from the moment the customer receives the product. During the warranty period, if the product has performance problems caused by non-human factors, we will provide free repair or replacement.
  • How to conduct product acceptance?

    Before the product is shipped, we will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure that the product meets the specifications and requirements you provide. After receiving the product, you can conduct acceptance according to the acceptance standards agreed upon in the contract and order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
